[They're at the clothing store!! Camille picks through the costumes, bemused.]

They really love Halloween around here.

[She pulls out the inflatable T-Rex suit, bewildered.]

...What...is that? Is that some sort of lizard...? That's a costume...?

Dinosaur. Looks like it's just your size too.

[She holds it up to him, appraising.]

[ holding out his arms in a t-pose!! he would in fact make a very tall t-rex. acceptable. ]

It looks a little bit like a lizardman... People really get into costumes, huh, Miss Camille?

They do. [She begins to unzip it. Be her little Rexy-poo, Rondo.] There's a special day every year where all the kids crawl into costumes and knock on the neighborhood doors. If the neighbors don't reward them with candy, they get a prank pulled on them.

"Trick or Treat."

...Oh! Like last week! Were all those decorations and everything normal for that, too? It sounds like a pretty fun festival.

Yeah, like last week. [She helps him into it dutifully, privately delighted he's going for it. It's nice. She's never been too frivolous but she'll dabble.] It was very much on theme, yes. It's a celebration of spooky things. Ghouls and goblins, spiders, bats. What have you.

It was based on a Pagan holiday I think, about the dead returning to life for a day. You had to wear masks to ward them off or something.
