[ what a day. erin can catch rondo outside of the dojo, after all is said and done! he's sitting down outside, stretching, sans his cloak and with his uniform collar open. he's still a little injured, but he seems relatively okay?

his emotional vibe is like. tangled up and messy, sad and tired, but... he's ok, all things considered. he looks up when he sees erin, though, and gives her a little smile and a nod of his head. ]

Miss Erin... hi.

[Erin stops when she encounters Rondo, giving him a look-over]

...it takes one look at you to see you're exhausted. Maybe you should go rest already.

[And she doesn't mean exhausted physically, that's for sure. Emotionshare doesn't lie! Erin is still all resigned, which is better than feeling sad, she'd say. No time for moping]

Haha... do I really look that bad...? We sparred for a pretty long time.

[ he glances back to the dojo, briefly - whoever he was talking about is gone, now, but still. she might get the sense he knows that's not exactly what she meant, but still. ]

I'm okay. It's just been a long day.

It having been a long day is even more reason to take a break. You'll want to be rested for tomorrow. As usual. [Erin sighs, a little tired herself now] It's going to be as hard to watch as usual, you know.

[And she's sure Rondo will want to watch, for one reason or another. At the very least out of respect for Robin]

I know.

[ the executions are almost - not easier to watch, but it's a little easier? knowing that they are like. impossibly far away, compared to just separated by a thin, tiny veil. it's hard, and rondo cares deeply for everyone here, but... ]

I think we're going to try and wait at the cemetery again, tomorrow - just to be ready. [ for both robin and kate, two people rondo adores.

he's quiet for a moment. ]

You handle this all so well, Miss Erin.

I'll be there too. Robin sent encouraging letters to me, even though she didn't have to. I guess I'll have to say hi, at least.

[She found remarkable someone she hadn't crossed more than three dozen words with had taken the time to cheer for her]

After a while you just reach a moment where you're just a little too tired for getting battered by strong emotions. Call it getting jaded. Don't let that happen to you.

[Doesn't help last time she let herself get consumed by grief over someone cherished dying, hell was plunged into war once again, so yeah, she's trying not to let her emotions cause that much trouble again]
